Spanish Classical Guitar El Cid 3/4 - Valencia (1980s) - String Set to Repair
Vintage classical guitar produced in Valencia (Spain) by the historic brand El Cid, dating roughly to the 1980s. The instrument is 3/4 size (the fraction clearly printed on the internal label in the soundhole), a compact format ideal for young students, youths, or as a convenient travel guitar.
It features a glossy soundboard with the typical rosette decorated with geometric motifs around the soundhole.
The instrument is fitted with nylon strings suitable for classical guitar, but the set needs maintenance. Currently there are 4 strings (some of which need tuning and retuning correctly on the machine heads), while 2 strings are completely missing (the first and the third string, leaving two empty holes on the lower bridge).
The guitar is in generally good vintage condition for its age. The soundboard is intact, the bridge is firmly attached to the body, and there are the normal light signs of surface wear on the finish that do not compromise the wood structure.
The instrument is sold exactly as it is and as shown in the attached photographs, as a vintage piece partially to be restored on the string side. Shipping is handled with protective and careful packaging.
