The Lagavulin 12 Year Old Pure Islay Malt (White Horse Distillers) from the 1970s is a legendary, extremely rare original bottling, regarded by collectors worldwide as an absolute masterpiece and a historic benchmark whisky from the distillery. As Lagavulin belonged to White Horse Distillers at the time, a large proportion of its production went into their famous blend – single malt bottles from this era are therefore a true rarity.
