Cornelius Cort (1533-1578) - L’annunciazione

Rare and important engraving that testifies to the collaboration between the Venetian master Titian and the Flemish engraver Cornelis Cort. The scene shows the Virgin Mary surprised by the Archangel Gabriel, surrounded by a glory of angels and putti among the clouds, with the dove of the Holy Spirit descending in a beam of light. The print is in good condition without the need for restoration.
