Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2009, a 750 ml Champagne AOC from France, Brut dosage, fill level into neck, with the label and metal capsule completely intact.
Description from the seller
An icon of rare elegance. The boldest "Vintage" from the house.
For sale a prestigious bottle of Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2009. This Champagne represents the pinnacle of production of the famous Maison, combining the imposing structure of the 2009 vintage with the complexity and depth of an exceptional Rosé.
Visual Details of the Bottle:
The bottle presents in its unmistakable form with the neck sealed by a Bordeaux lacquer capsule and the body in dark glass. The shield-shaped label, in elegant cursive script, bears the name "Dom Pérignon", the word "Rosé" and the vintage 2009. The designation "Brut" and the stylized star complete the classic and refined design. The wine level (fill level) is excellent and the overall label condition is very good (please refer to the photos for full details). As tradition of the house, the bottle does not report the specific dosage in g/L, but it falls within the Brut standard.
The Vintage 2009 and the Organoleptic Profile:
2009 was a vintage characterized by an exceptionally warm and sunny climate, which led to grapes with optimal ripeness. The Dom Pérignon Rosé of this vintage is known for its sunny, voluptuous personality, expressing the best of Pinot Noir (present in significant quantity in the cuvée, in addition to Chardonnay) and offering a balance between power and vibrant freshness.
· On the nose: Explodes with lively notes of ripe red fruits (raspberry, wild strawberry, wild cherry), accompanied by delicate nuances of sweet spices, rose petals, and a subtle pink grapefruit citrus touch.
· On the palate: The attack is broad and velvety. The structure is full and vibrant, sustained by a fine and persistent bubble. The finish is long and complex, revealing mineral notes and candied fruit, with a refreshing acidity that magistrally balances the fruit's softness. It is a Champagne that anticipates extraordinary longevity.
Recognitions, Awards and Ratings (Scores):
