With great pride I’d like to introduce you to Xuxa, a fully restored Brazilian T1 Samba 1972 luxury van with 23 windows and an open roof, rag-top. The restoration was carried out by me in close cooperation with a Brazilian Kombi-expert. The 1500 cc engine, the 4 cylinders, 41 kW (56 HP), were fully revised. The engine runs like a charm and the transmission shifts as it does on a new vehicle. A real joy to drive. The chassis, axles and the doors are as good as new, stainless. Original chrome VW logo on the front, original VW rims, locks replaced and a new electrics circuit. The inside has new leather upholstery, Montana red and ivory, a great combination with the exterior. It took us 9 months to complete the restoration. Imported into the Netherlands, Dutch periodic vehicle inspection, all import duties and taxes paid. Dutch dark blue badge (and special benefits for vintage vehicles).
