Sex is a book with photos and short stories by the American superstar Madonna.
The photos were created by Steven Meisel and besides Madonna, Vanilla Ice, Naomi Campbell and Isabella Rossellini are also featured in the book.
The book was published in the autumn of 1992, simultaneously with Madonna's album Erotica.
Despite the high sales price, it was sold out within hours of appearance. It came in a sealed aluminium cover that had to be cut open. There was also a CD with one song: an alternate version of Madonna's hit single Erotica, entitled Erotic.
