Flageolet, rare and special woodwind instrument with 6 holes and 6 keys. Age 100 years or older?

It is a woodwind instrument, family of the flutes, like the recorder and the later tinwhistle. It was invented in France in the 16th century. The layout of the holes was different than of this one. The instrument was used a lot in classical music, including by Friedrich Händel, pieces were composed specifically for this instrument.
Later, in the late 18th - early 19th century, English instrument makers have adjusted the instrument with holes and keys, like this one. 
Even later, an adjustment was done, which is still here, being the tinwhistle.
This flageolet consists of 3 parts, 36 cm in total.
