This gorgeous multicolored Longwy bowl (plate) is from the Art Deco period. She has a beautiful presentation of two ibises (?) with a full moon in the background. Willows standing on the shore of a lake where the pair forages. The presentation has a checkered rim; A cream section is surrounded by a turquoise circle, the color for which Longwy became famous. The bowl stands on a (dark blue) foot.

This earthenware bowl is made in the Emaux de Longwy technique and has an artificial craquelure.

The plate is marked with the earliest Art Deco mark (approximately used from 1921) and is numbered 3021.

The condition is excellent has no chips or restorations.

Dimensions: 26.5 cm. in diameter and 7.5 cm. high

This rare plate is carefully packaged and sent by registered mail. Can also be picked up in Amsterdam.
