1968 AMC Javelin SST 290 European Edition with KM Speedometer is for more then 20 years already in Holland and is still caring his Dutch Registration, this car is Matching numbers and complete and ready for a cosmetically upgrade by a private person that has a car hobby or  a professional shop.

The Car drives and brakes and runs good, it starts right up, but it needs service like new oils and plugs and new hoses here and there etc but overall this engine runs nice and smooth, the transmission shift proper through the gears but could use some service too. 

The car is bone dry underneath we haven't found any major rust issues, and we have seen that this car is protected by a Dinitrol wax oil coating underneath, that means the car is really good protected by and for rust and water etc, it looks all original on the sheet metal of this car, so no panels replaced. 

The car has some rust bubbles issues on the outside of the car on some panels, this needs attention before you are going to respray this car, as overall the major thing what it needs is a full repaint of the exterior paint, plus some service work on the technical side of this car but overall this is great original car you won't find often. 

You could register the car after some technical work and drive it first how it is, so then you drive it like you found it, and then when the winter comes you can start your hobby, and make this car every time a step nicer.
