Original red Renault 21 turbo phase 1 175 hp with a 2-year MOT periodic inspection (June 2024).

The car drives well, the engine runs well, recently inspected without any issues. Rock-hard from below. The car should be resprayed. It has a few spots that need attention and the clear coating is peeling. See photos. Rear left door was replaced in the past and poorly treated hence rust damage along the bottom. Another (rust-free) door in red is included. Sunroof is ex works, operation unknown (switch is missing).

Both sills were completely replaced by new original Renault sills. Jack point on the left was also replaced by a new original Renault part. Inner wing at the back right has been replaced. It has a 3" stainless steel exhaust from the downpipe. Brakes were replaced 2 years ago: new handbrake cables, all brake hoses, 3 new calipers and blocks. The clutch cylinder was replaced, tank float replaced, fuel filter replaced, crankshaft pulley replaced, new turbo oil supply hose, large part of the cooling hoses replaced by matt black silicone, various seals replaced, new original radiator installed, and so on.

Car in good condition, paint and bodywork are in reasonable condition given the few spots that need attention on the paintwork. I think it should be fully resprayed, the leather on the passenger’s seat should also be addressed. No missing parts and the car drives.

Originally from Germany and imported in the Netherlands in 1997.
