Wonderful Volkswagen T1 from 1975 with lovely Tuscany yellow/white colour scheme and beautiful leather interior.

This original VW T1 from Brazil was fully serviced and restored in 2021 by an experienced T1 specialist in Brazil. The van was completely repainted there recently in the original paint / lacquer colour, the beautiful two-tone combination "Tuscany yellow/white". The chassis, axles and doors are in good condition, but still need to be checked of course, prior to any inspection.

This T1 has the well-known air-cooled 1500-cc engine with 4 cylinders. The engine runs fine and the transmission shifts properly.

Inside, the interior is completely made of (genuine) leather. The sewn patterns in the seats complete the picture. With the casement Safari windows,  it is possible to open the front windows. The casement side windows can be opened. The original chrome-plated Volkswagen logo on the front and the cool VW Wolfsburg edition rims complete this car.

The van still has a Brazilian vehicle registration certificate, so it can be  registered almost anywhere in Europe. Please note, this T1 has been  restored in Brazil. A Brazilian restoration usually is slightly less detailed than a European restoration. For an original T1 restored in Europe you pay 3 x to 4 x as much. Therefore, this is your opportunity  to own a wonderful T1 at an attractive price. However, country-specific work still needs to be done, or final adjustments to meet European requirements and your own quality standards.

Of course, imperfections can be bound on an almost 50-year-old van, but it is its beauty that stands out. The van is sold "as is", it is always possible to come and have a look at this beauty in advance to see what you are bidding on. This is a private sale, so warranty does not apply.
