NO RESERVE: Barnfind 1991 Maserati Biturbo 2.24v.

This example has stood unused for over 8 years and needs a thorough project of overall restoration. 

The engine still runs, but I have been unable to attain registration in France. 

Italian province, it has its original Italian registration papers, which are no longer valid, so essentially it has no official registration.  

It has an authentication certificate from Maserati France, and passed a French control technique from the period it was driven.

Typically for this model there are rust patches underneath, despite showing an overall satisfying bodywork condition given the circumstances.  
With that said, there are a few scratches and a broken fog light lens.

The interior is complete and shows some tear and wear in some places, mainly in the rear seats (see photos).
known issues that need addressing: battery, fuel pump and some electric components. 
Given it remained stationary for a long period of time, a general inspection is to be made to rule out other potential anomalies to repair.
There is no evidence of any accidents in the structure.

The current owner has been trying to register the car in France without success - verify your eligibility in case you want to register it in your country.

The vehicle is currently located in France near Tours in the Indre-et-Loire department.
 
It is drivable and runs but isn't road legal in its current condition, hence demandes a pickup by trailer.

Nice opportunity as a base to recreate a fun, typical 1980s Maserati sports car with the right work and attention.
