THE CAR IN AUCTION:
The Mark II or Mk II was a four-door sports limousine that Jaguar released in 1959 as the successor to the Mark I, with a 2.4 and 3.4 liter engine. The bodywork was improved and modified in some details. From then on, disc brakes on all four wheels were standard.
This left hand drive MK2 has a "Heritage trust Certificates". That means that Confirming the provenance of your cherished classic vehicle The archive of the British Motor Industry Heritage Trust holds the original factory records created by many of the leading British motor manufacturers.
Although this Jaguar MK2 looks good at first glance, it could still use some work to get into top condition. The paint, chrome and rubbers are good, but not in top condition. This also applies to the interior, where the woodwork, among other things, needs attention. Not much is broken, but it could use a good cleaning. Technically, this MK2 does need some attention. And will require maintenance and technical inspection.
It is recommended to view and inspect the vehicle prior to placing a bid in order to avoid any disappointment afterwards. Please contact Catawiki to arrange a viewing appointment.
