Description Beautifully decorated Italian guitar (note the Gryphon-and-scroll inlay) with solid fir top. 

Made by 'Premiata Fabrica di Strumenti Musicali Ditta CONSOLI CARMELO Catania (Italy). 
The text at the bottom of the label refers to the Dutch importer, Bergamini, Leiden (Holland). From the old spelling and 5-digit phone number, as well as the construction and materials, I estimate this guitar to be from the '40s. 

the overall length is 96.5 cm; scale ca. 620mm, greatest width 36 cm., depth ca. 8cm at the sides. 

Got some dings on the body, neck is straight and okay action.
Great rare piece of Italian guitar building.
