Description

An original and highly collectible Bill Zygmant photograph of Paul McCartney, taken in 1968 at the height of the Beatles’ psychedelic era. This intense close-up captures McCartney in a candid, reflective moment, showcasing Zygmant’s signature style of intimate rock photography.

Bill Zygmant is celebrated for his work with The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, The Rolling Stones, Mary Hopkin, Lulu, and many other legends of the 1960s and 70s. His signed photographs are increasingly sought after by collectors worldwide.

Provenance – Direct Personal Connection to Bill Zygmant

I have been good friends with Bill Zygmant for many years and personally lived with him for a period in Spain.
Many of these photographs, including this one, came directly from Bill’s own collection.
I’ve added a couple of photos of myself with Bill Zygmant to verify these are genuine. The photos of myself and Bill are to show provenance and are not included in the sale.

Condition

Excellent overall; clean image with strong contrast. There is a light crease across the center (as visible in photos), typical of age and storage, but it does not detract from the impact of the image. Ready for framing.
