Een van mijn topstukken wat betreft klokkenmannetjes uit het Zwarte Woud, maar mag nu een nieuwe eigenaar blij maken.
Het klokje loopt perfect één dag en wordt met sleuteltje opgewonden.
Het plaatje op het klokje is in  gave staat en is handbeschilderd, te zien is een zeilbootje ,een molen en bloemmotieven, en de cijferring kent Romeinse cijfers.
De kleurstelling van de kleding is mooi in het geheel en passend bij het wijzerplaatje. 
De klokman draagt 2 gewichtjes , slingertje en heeft een stok in de hand. 
Decoratief zijn ze zeker en ook opvallend en passen in elk interieur bij een liefhebber of verzamelaar ,want gewild zijn de klokkenmannetje zeker en deze is in bijzonder fraaie staat.
Wordt zorgvuldig verstuurd inclusief sleuteltje  naar uitsluitend landen binnen Europa maar kan ook worden afgehaald.

Het verhaal erachter is dit.
in het Zwarte Woud liepen ooit klokkenmannen rond, (zoals scharenslijpers).
Ze verdienden de kost met de verkoop en reparatie van uurwerken.
Ze verdwenen echter met de opkomst van klokkenwinkels .
een fabriekje (JvE) heeft toen mid jaren '50 ter herinnering de klokkenmannetjes geproduceerd in verschillende personages. gegoten beeldjes met ééndaags uurwerkje op de borst, met verschillende handbeschilderde wijzerplaatjes.
