Porta ombrelli anni 60 Kartell Sergio Asti  rosso acceso.
Anni sessanta, design italiano,
progettato da Sergio Asti, per Kartell, quando nel marchio c'era ancora la dicitura "BINASCO (MILANO)".
E' l'antesignano del più conosciuto ma molto più comune porta ombrelli anni '70 Kartell 4610-50 del designer Gino Colombini.
Prodotto per pochi anni, in vari colori, questo è in plastica rosso vivo  e potrebbe essere del 1965.
Un design pulito e minimalista, essenziale ma al tempo stesso lezioso, con la sua scampanatura alla base.
Integro e in ottime  condizioni generali, con rari  segni del suo vissuto ,senza rotture.
Misure :
altezza 56 cm circa
diametro superiore 20 cm
diametro inferiore (base) 26 cm.
Questo portaombrelli è talmente insolito (e raro) che non figura neppure nel Catalogo Generale Kartell The Culture of Plastics a cura di Elisa Storace e Hans Werner Holzwarth edito da Taschen 2012. che pure è un tomo da 399 pagg.
A mio giudizio questo oggetto , per il suo colore , la scritta Kartell Binasco e la firma di Sergio Asti è adatto ad un pubblico che non solo ama la produzione del design italiano anni '60 -'70 e '80 , ma è piuttosto raffinato e cerca un prodotto non banale.
