Il nostro olio è un “unicum” proprio per le caratteristiche del luogo in cui viene prodotto. Infatti gli ulivi vengono nutriti dal minerale presente in abbondanza nella roccia tufacea sulla quale si ergono maestosi.
L’ubicazione trasferisce  ad olive ed olio un’inaspettata armonia sensoriale sebbene Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola e Biancolilla  si caratterizzino per spiccate note di forza organolettica tipiche delle cultivar siciliane.
L’olio Centonze si caratterizza, come un alimento puro e ideale per esaltare tutti i sapori della cucina mediterranea, con il suo colore verde, il profumo fruttato ed una composizione aromatica ricca e complessa.
Queste sono le qualità che hanno reso l’azienda protagonista di numerosi riconoscimenti a livello nazionale ed internazionale, fino a essere dichiarata, nel maggio 2015, Presidio Slow Food dell’olio extravergine di oliva.

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.
