Vintage brutalistische design kast door De Coene Frères, begin jaren ’70.

Gemaakt van massief hout (waarschijnlijk eiken) in combinatie met zwart satijngebeitst eikenfineer (geëboniseerd). Twee massief houten draaideuren met grafische panelen: acht vierkanten met cirkelmotieven per deur. Binnenkant in licht eiken, voorzien van twee lades, de legplanken ontbreken. Met zijn kenmerkende vierkant- en cirkelmotief en minimalistische vormgeving staat deze De Coene kast bekend als een iconisch designobject.

In goede staat met normale gebruikssporen. Eén verticale lat van de rechterdeur heeft een scheur, zie de foto.
