Officina Alessi, Posate da insalata del Rundes Modell  di Hoffmann in una riedizione speciale per il
MAK, Museo Arti Applicate di Vienna

Il servizio di posate Rundes Modell disegnato da Josef Hoffmann nel 1906, rispecchia pienamente la ricerca di funzionalità abbinata all'estrema eleganza formale e la raffinata lavorazione dei materiali tipici del Wiener Werkstätte, di cui l’autore fu uno dei fondatori. Concepito per il Cabaret Fledermaus di Vienna e prodotto originariamente in argento, torna, nel 2015, in una riedizione di Officina Alessi in acciaio inossidabile 18/10 con un assortimento di pezzi più essenziale. 

La riedizione del servizio è stata preceduta dalla produzione delle posate da insalata, qui offerte in asta, effettuata, in edizione limitata, per il Museo di Arte Applicate di Vienna. Queste posate non sono più in produzione e sono introvabili.
