Biography
I am Furyo, a 24-year-old Italian artist active in the emerging contemporary scene, known for my abstract research carried out with synthetic glossy enamel. My painting practice stems from an instinctive and material approach, where color becomes a living, reflective surface capable of capturing light and transforming space. Growing up in Italy, I developed an interest from a young age in gesture, movement, and the emotional tension of the line. The use of glossy enamel — an industrial, dense, and shiny material — is a conscious choice: a non-traditional medium that breaks away from classical painting and engages with urban and contemporary aesthetics. My works are characterized by chromatic layering, controlled drips, and sharp contrasts, where the unexpected becomes an integral part of the creative process.
The abstraction of my paintings is not purely formal but arises from emotional states and inner impulses. Each painting is conceived as a field of energy where color acts as a primary language, free from narration but charged with tension and rhythm. The glossy surfaces amplify the visual impact, inviting the viewer to move in front of the work and perceive it as a dynamic experience.
Currently, I continue to experiment between painting and material, focusing on large formats and a personal research that combines gesture, light, and emotional intensity; presenting myself as a young and recognizable voice in the landscape of contemporary Italian abstract art.

Author: Furyo

Owner: Directly from the artist.

Technique: painting without a brush, where the colors were applied by letting the paint flow onto the canvas without touching it with a brush.

Synthetic glossy enamel on canvas

Packaging: The work will be carefully protected and shipped in an elegant and sturdy package, with a multi-layer internal bubble wrap and a multi-layer outer cardboard. Shockproof.

Shipping: with insurance on the transport and tracking number, items over 500 EUR will be shipped as express delivery upon request (worldwide delivery within 2-4 days).

The painting was created using a special and unusual technique. It was painted with paint allowing it to drip directly onto the canvas. The brush never touches the surface, and the colors blend themselves over time.
