Hello Up for auction is this very good condition first edition, first impression of the final Hames Bond book by Ian Fleming - Octopussy & The Living Daylights. (Published posthumously in 1966). Comprising two short stories: ‘The Living Daylights’ and ‘Octopussy’, this slim short story collection marks the 14th and final book in the series. This book presents in very good condition, with completely clean, white, and unblemished pages. This is NOT a firmer library book, and it has NO inscriptions or markings of any sort. The jacket is bright, and clean, and is in super condition thanks to it being housed in a protective sleeve. The book boards are tight, and square, and un-bumped, and show excellent bright foil to the front board and spine. Although this is the most recent Fleming, it’s still 60 years old this year, and for a book that old is in excellent, almost new condition. Examples of this book are becoming much harder to find in this very good condition. As such, this is a superb opportunity to get a very good condition example of this title - one that would sit very happily in any serious collector’s bookshelf.
