Porseleinen bord uit China uit de Kangxi-periode (1662–1722), diameter 18,8 cm, hoogte circa 3,5 cm, Imari-decoratie in blauw en rood, in goede staat met een chip aan de rand en een haarlijn en lichte vervorming.

Description
A Chinese porcelain plate from the Kangxi period (1662–1722), early 18th century, decorated in the classic Imari palette with underglaze cobalt blue and overglaze iron red enamels.
The plate is richly decorated with floral motifs in both the central medallion and the rim. The raised rounded rim and balanced composition are characteristic of early Qing export porcelain made for the European market.
A charming example of Chinese Imari ware with attractive hand-painted decoration and warm enamel tones.

Kangxi period, Qing dynasty (early 18th century)
Measurements
Diameter: 18.8 cm
Height: approx. 3.5 cm
Condition
One chip to the rim and one hairline. The plate is also slightly warped, as can occur with porcelain from this period. No restorations. Please refer carefully to the photographs for details.
