well-preserved vintage briar tobacco pipe by Passatore, distributed under the Ropp brand. The bowl is crafted from smooth Italian briar in a rich burgundy-red finish with natural grain variations. It features a classic bent shape with a wide, flat acrylic mouthpiece and a decorative gold band at the shank-stem junction. The Ropp logo is stamped on the stem and "Passatore" is engraved on the shank, with "Made in Italy" also engraved on the pipe. The briar shows light signs of age-related patina but is in overall very good estate condition with no cracks or repairs. The acrylic stem is glossy and intact.
