Featuring the classic quartet of John Coltrane, McCoy Tyner, Jimmy Garrison and Elvin Jones, Crescent captures one of the most celebrated ensembles in modern jazz at a deeply expressive stage of its development. This Japanese edition is presented with its distinctive original-style OBI and Japanese insert, together with the gatefold sleeve. The OBI identifies this release as part of a special limited series of 20,000 copies, adding further interest to this 1976 Japanese issue.
