Spiral presents an intense portrait where the human face is built from a tangle of concentric lines, as if identity were carved by successive layers of time, memory, and experience. The spiral drawing transforms the skin into an emotional map, suggesting continuous movement and a sense of psychological depth.
The contained palette of ashes and blacks is interrupted by expressive gestures in red and white, which serve as ruptures — marks of tension, symbolic wounds, or vital impulses that resist containment of form. These chromatic notes introduce an almost pulsating rhythm, bringing the work closer to the urban universe and the spontaneous gesture of graffiti.
