Three years after the first volume, Monograph II presents the new watches produced since the initial publication and focuses on the brand’s partners and friends. Rafael Nadal, historically one of the first among them, heads the long list of these personalities, which includes sportsmen but also actors and even artists, so present in the spirit and life of the watchmaking company. One need only mention Felipe Massa, Cristie Kerr, John Malkovitch or Alexis Pinturault to understand that welcoming talent is a true vocation for the company. In this volume, all of these people wished to bear personal witness to their affection and to the personal ties that bind them to Richard Mille.
The book examines the partners, amongst which McLaren-Honda, Formula 1 team, or Airbus Corporate Jets, and also the events in which the brand has been involved: from the Voiles de St Barth to Chantilly Art & Elegance and Le Mans Classic, the rich and varied array reveals much of the spirit of Richard Mille.
But what would the brand be without the factory, where the watches are designed and developed? Theodore Diehl presents the Swiss establishment of Les Breuleux, its functioning, and the control procedures that ensure the extreme quality of production, whilst Mickaël Le Cor specifies the assignments and procedures implemented in the Richard Mille After Sales Service.
