Crème kleurig geglazuurd en handgeschilderd in beeldschone pastetinten.
Op het lekplateau 4 asperges - ivoorkleurig met lila punten - in reliëf (barbotine) afgebeeld.
De schaal is handbeschilderd met roze cyclamen en groene bladeren.
Deze schaal is een bijzonder mooi voorbeeld van de schoonheid en esthetiek van de Art Nouveau-stijl.
Een zeer geliefd en gewild object voor verzamelaars van antiek keramiek en Art Nouveau objecten.
De schaal is afgbeeld in het boek van Maryse Bottero - Artichauts et Asperges en Barbotine (blz. 24)
