This Mini Cooper is an Italian version produced by Innocenti under Leyland licence, and is one of the last produced, in 1976.

It retains the black Florence number plates and is a truly original example in the rare light green colour.
Only available for a short time, the sticker from the original paint is still on the tank.

In addition, this Mini still has its original engine with the initials “12H” and its label on the engine block.


It is a truly original Mini that has never been restored and has all its rare genuine details 
such as the rear boot lid with the square number plate holder, the Veglia Borletti instrument panel, the Vitaloni mirror, the Hellebore steering wheel, the Carello headlights etc.

A sports exhaust and a set of alloy wheels are fitted on the car, as well as an iron sump guard, typical 1970s accessories that make this Cooper sporty.

However, this Mini has been stored inside a garage for many years and needs a technical inspection before being used. The engine runs but the car won’t start, the carburettors probably need to be restored.

The body has never been restored and is very solid, even the underbody, where you can still see
its original dark red rustproof protective undercoating (see photos, also on the lift).

A thickness gauge test showed no accidents and the metal sheets have highly original values.

It is increasingly rare to find these Mini Coopers in original, unrestored condition, in a beautiful original colour
and complete. With some mechanical work, it can be transformed into a working vehicle, or it could be used as an excellent base
for a simple restoration.
