This rare car is 39 years old but it absolutely doesn’t look it. It has only driven 18,468 demonstrable km.
The soft-top is missing some brackets.
The car is technically and visually in good, almost mint condition.
You would be exempt from wearing a seat belt in the Netherlands in this car, however these can be fitted by an approved company. Impossible to find anywhere in the world with this mileage! 
Bieber was a well-known supplier of convertible conversions in the 1980s. It supplied convertibles for various brands such as Volkswagen, Porsche, Opel and Ford.
