Austin Mini Clubman 1000 from  1971.

Superb, very lovely inside and out. No noise or play in the running gear, which can be checked during a short test drive without any problems!

The engine runs well, the exhaust produces a great sound, the gears all shift smoothly but there is some play in the gearbox linkage and the clutch is stiff... these are the only "negative" points on this vehicle! 

Beautifully crafted leather interior, functional period radio-cassette player with about 20 audio cassettes (also music from that period) available in the car. 
The sunroof is functional and watertight, which is rare and pleasant. 
The underbody was treated a few years ago, there are signs of wear but no structural rust, everything is very sound!

This Clubman has been stored for a long time, it runs and drives for about 20 minutes every month to maintain it, but a full oil change and engine / gearbox service would be ideal before travelling long distances!

Appraised at €12,000 in 2018, the appraisal report is shown in the photos.
