For sale, due to the death of the owner: a wonderful Peugeot 201 from 1931. Restored completely over fifteen years ago by its skilled and competent owner, at which time the interior was reupholstered entirely.  The paint is mostly still in original condition, with some repainted parts here and there. Colour: black and green. 

This 201 starts every time, runs well and drives powerfully, but honesty commands us to say that after fifteen years it is time to renew the gaskets and to adjust everything. Because it has been stationary for a long period over the past two years, cooling water is leaking from the engine currently. The front wheels will need to be adjusted as well. The 201 is fitted with a stainless steel exhaust. 

According to the stories, this 201 is said to have served as a taxi for years. We cannot prove this, but it is a nice story though! The 201 has driven the equivalent of the distance of the 'Elfstedentocht' (approx. 200 km long) more than ten times  and this 201 was used for multiple weddings.
Approx. 63,000 copies of this vehicle were built between 1929 and 1937.
