Second-hand Austrian car . Original with 79,000 km. Austrian and German type certificate. In 1984 Renault introduced the new Alpine V & GT. Robert Opron, who also designed the Citroen SM, drew the line of the new V6. It was very modern and simple, but immediately recognisable as an Alpine. The body was again in plastic, but significantly more spacious. A special feature of the sports car from Dieppe was the good level of comfort and the low noise level inside the car. The engine was naturally aspirated with carburetors. In 1985 the GT Turbo was introduced. The 2.5L V6 developed 200 horsepower, which was good for a top speed of 250 km/h. The turbo engine pushed the Alpine forward so vehemently that the tame key data took on a whole new dimension. With this driving performance it was more than equal with its archrival the Zuffenhausener. Nevertheless, the sales figures remained modest with a total of less than 5,000 pieces.
This GT Turbo, still without a catalytic converter, was registered on September 24, 1989. 
I bought the car in 2018 and registered it in Austria. Therefore I am the second owner.
Only in experienced hands does a sports car of this age, with 73,000 km, manage to impress both inside and out. The Renault specialist, who knew how to deal with this exceptional car, was definitely there. The service is up-to-date. Supersport 'a la francaise', highly individual, chic and yet not losing sight of the essentials of a car. Just French. In any case, a convincing alternative in the field of rear-engine sports cars.
