Fiat - 500 L - 1969

While the Beatles were working on the LP Abbey Road and the Rolling Stones focused on Honky Tonk Women, this adorable Fiat 500 was delivered to its first owner on February 28, 1969. This beautiful timeless model has withstood the time well. The car was only repainted once in the original colour Giallo Postinano 208.

Its overall condition is neat. Clearly a classic that was well cared for. With its unladen weight of 514 kilos and its air-cooled 2-cylinder 500 cc, it is a wonderfully economical city car. The popular version with the small round speedometer, nice and basic. The interior is still very beautiful and of course equipped with the porcelain flower vase and the Saint Christopher medallion on the dashboard to protect the occupants in busy traffic. Wonderful 60s nostalgia!

Technically, the car has always been well maintained and in good condition. Of course the car is 53 years old and cannot be compared to today's cars. The body is neat and shiny with of course some paint imperfections over the years (see the photos). The chassis and suspension are in excellent condition. The convertible roof has recently been renewed and a new battery has also been installed. The reading is 21970 km.

This dwarf car gives every fellow road user a smile on their face. Of course, this classic car is MOT and road tax free. I receive more positive reactions with this funny Fiat 500 than with my classic Rolls-Royce.

The car can be viewed in Heerhugowaard. We provide the correct export document for foreign bidders free of charge so that you can quickly have the car registered in the country of your choice. We also want to help you with appropriate professional transport.
