A rare car from British history, we are talking about the 1964 Humber SUPER SNIPE SERIES IV 3.0. This Humber was originally delivered in the Netherlands!

In terms of quality, the Humber belonged to the top of the British car industry.

Maintenance has never been saved on, the engine runs very well, and the 3.0 six-cylinder petrol engine makes 130 HP!  With a top speed of 160 km/h, certainly not very crazy for that time for a car that is 4.70 m long and weighs over 1,600 kilos. At the time, it was one of the quietest and smoothest engines on the market.
Engine-wise, then, this Humber runs very nicely! It has a wonderful sound and speeds up quickly. The engine was completely overhauled in the past.

The entire service history is present including all invoices.
Recently the rear brake shoes with cylinders, clutch, alternator, glass bell, and water pump were replaced.

It drives, brakes and shifts well, it shifts using the lever on the steering wheel. This lever was once broken and should be properly welded.

Some spots have been touched up provisionally, the chrome pieces are nice. The left headlight glass is in need of replacement, lights otherwise work properly.

The interior is complete, nice wooden finishes make it a classy interior.

With at most 7,200 cars built per series, the Super Snipe was rare in its day, even more so outside the UK.

Has a valid Dutch vehicle registration certificate.
