Fiat - 238 PANORAMA B1 - No Reserve - 1982

Fiat 238 Panorama, registered as a nine-seater, fully equipped with the optional extras of the time, including rear heater. It has a panoramic view with full glass windows, creating a very picturesque atmosphere. The interior features brown leatherette sky seats and biscuit-coloured fabric, with a green carpet floor and cream sky ceiling. The seats are individual reclining chairs connected by a bench, and each seat can be reclined separately. The central bench can be reversed in the direction of travel by manually removing it with simple butterfly screws attached to the floor. Personally, I prefer to keep them in a "living room" arrangement as shown in the photos, but they can also be positioned facing forward. - The mechanical components have been completely overhauled. - Cylinder head rebuilt, with about 50 km since rebuild. - Complete fluid service. - Brake system overhauled. - Electrical system checked and overhauled. - Ignition system checked and overhauled. - Heating system completely dismantled and overhauled. - New tyres. - New battery - Original keys and jack included, as well as user's manual. - Two sets of keys. - One key opens and locks all doors, indicating that they have not been replaced. The body needs restoration as it shows significant rust as highlighted in the photos. Intact underside. The interior needs restoration as there are numerous seams that are coming apart. The original driver's seat is included but is currently disassembled and also requires restoration. The vehicle is located in central Italy, in Lazio, and can be viewed by appointment with Catawiki. Shipping is possible throughout Europe, to be arranged after the auction and at the buyer's expense.
