Offered, a beautiful body-off restored MGB Roadster from 1965, this MG has been maintained and improved in detail! In the colour British Racing Green with an excellent black leather interior, original black spoke steering wheel, chrome spoke rims and beautiful chrome work. 

This MGB was imported in 1998 and completely restored body off between 2000 and 2004, a completely new HERITAGE body was used and the doors, bonnet / engine bonnet, tailgate have also been renewed. 
After this, the car was built up nut bolt and equipped with an original MGB (new) engine. 

Exterior: 
The colour is Racing green, the body was restored in 2003 and the colour has been applied neatly,  both inside and out. The paint / lacquer is still in good condition, it has obtained some small signs of wear since then of course. The sheet metal fits very neatly, the rubbers have been replaced and all chrome parts are in a very good condition, the soft top was also replaced in 2022 by a new one with Mohair upholstery. There is also a soft top cover available. 
This MGB has been cherished by the previous owner since 1998, nothing has been spared and it shows! a new one, the entire restoration cost approx. € 25,000.

This MGB has 14-inch spoke rims which were supplied in 2016, the MG also has very neat classic Sprint tires with more than sufficient profile, the chassis is sleek and neat, and the brakes and suspension are also perfect and function well.  New shock absorbers were fitted in 2012 for extra comfort. 
The exhaust is made of stainless steel and has a sporty single rear muffler. This MGB Roadster also has a chrome luggage rack, original MGB badges, an almost new chrome grill and clear Lucas headlights / headlamps. 

This MG is in a rarely neat condition.

Interior: 
The interior has two luxurious black leather MGB seats with headrest, the inner surfaces are made of black perforated leather for extra ventilation, matching door panels, beautiful black carpet set and new MG mats. 
The dashboard is neat, this is the popular steel dashboard model with extra gauges by Smiths. The MG is professionally insulated for more comfort (please see the last photos) and fitted with new black carpet, new MG mats and an original leather MG gear knob. 
The steering wheel is made of Bakelite and original! It has a wire-lined interior and a central horn with MG logo. 

Mechanics: 
Equipped with an original 1798-cc 4-cylinder Goldseal engine with 98 BHP and a revised well-shifting 4 synchro gearbox (2003). The carburettor has been replaced by a genuine WEBER! It is tuned sublimely and makes the MGB very fast, and makes for a fantastic sound. The spark plug cables, spark plugs, oil and filters have been replaced as well.
The mechanics were fully checked in our workshop and had a major maintenance service. The mechanics are perfect, with proper brake lines, brakes (front disc brakes). This MGB is technically 100% in order.

Details: 
We rarely come across an MGB that has been restored with such quality. This is an older restoration and of course it has been used by the previous owner since then, but apart from some signs of wear, it  still is in very good condition. 
The new body and all adjustments make this MGB a car that you can enjoy for years to make beautiful tours and trips without any worries.
