To BMW Alpina (F02) B7 Bi-Turbo to rzadki, wysokowydajny wariant popularnego BMW serii 7 z dużym rozstawem osi; rozumiany jako piąty z zaledwie 53 zbudowanych samochodów. 
Moc pochodzi ze zmodyfikowanej wersji 4,4-litrowego silnika V8 „N63” BMW z podwójnym turbodoładowaniem, wytwarzającego 500 KM i momentu obrotowego 516 Nm, połączonego z sześciobiegową automatyczną skrzynią biegów ZF.  
Dzięki temu B7 przyspiesza do 100 km/h ze startu zatrzymanego w 4,8 sekundy, a jego prędkość maksymalna jest ograniczona elektronicznie do 302 km/h. 
Zarejestrowany po raz pierwszy w listopadzie 2009 roku, samochód był prowadzony przez pierwszego właściciela w Japonii, a następnie sprowadzony do Niemiec dwa lata temu. Sprzedawca zaznacza, że ​​pomimo japońskiego pochodzenia posiada europejski numer VIN i jest przystosowany do ruchu lewostronnego.

Inne zmiany zewnętrzne obejmują unikalne końcówki wydechu, zintegrowany przedni spojler, dodatkowe kanały chłodzące hamulce, tylną listwę i tylny spojler. Uważa się, że tylny spojler zmniejsza siłę nośną o 15 procent, podczas gdy przedni spojler zmniejsza siłę nośną o 30 procent. 
Ten egzemplarz jest wykończony w kolorze Alpina Blue, nad czarnym wnętrzem obszytym skórą Lavalina z eleganckimi drewnianymi elementami wykończeniowymi i niebieskimi tarczami Alpina.

Według doniesień oryginalny lakier jest w doskonałym stanie, z niewielkimi odpryskami od kamieni na przednim zderzaku i masce.  
Sprzedawca zgłosił także lekkie zarysowania na prawym kole.  
Wewnątrz, poza bardzo lekkimi zagięciami siedzeń i wgnieceniem na przednim progu pasażera, wyrafinowana kabina prezentuje się dobrze.  
Sprzedającemu nie są znane żadne usterki mechaniczne ani elektryczne.
