Jensen Interceptor Mark II een Engelse met de hand gebouwde bolide uit 1971.

Een stijlvolle wagen, zo kunnen we deze Jensen Interceptor II uit 1971 het beste omschrijven. Een bijzondere retro-moderne grand-tourer uit de jaren '70, veel geprezen voor zijn unieke prestaties, brute motor, en luxueuze uitstraling. De Jensen Interceptor II is spraakmakend… een buitenstaander op veel vlakken. Robuust, snel, en zelfbewust. Van binnen en van buiten een auto met een speciaal karakter, onvergelijkbaar, als geen ander. Een auto met meerdere facetten, waar je echt van gaat houden.

Ontworpen in Italië, geproduceerd in Engeland en gedreven door een imposante Amerikaanse 6.3 liter V8 Chrysler motor, maakt deze auto ‘the best of three worlds’. Het mag duidelijk zijn dat de Jensen Interceptor niet de doorsnee bolide is, en het eindresultaat van een bijzonder productieproces. 

Exterieur:
De lak vertoont op diverse delen punten die aandacht kunnen gebruiken, daar waar lichte roestvorming te zien is. Het chassis en de bodem zijn hard en in goede conditie. Het zwarte vinyl dak ziet er strak uit. Het chroomwerk glimt mooi, op een klein stukje op de linker achterbumper na.

Interieur:
Chique zwart vol lederen interieur met gebruikssporen.  De vloerbedekking is er uit. Daarnaast vertoont het interieur wat gebruikssporen.

Techniek:
6.3 8 cilinder benzine motor.
De motor en automatische transmissie zijn van Chrysler. De motor loopt mooi en de automatische transmissie schakelt netjes over. De autobeschikt over het belgische carpas km registratie.

Bodem:
Een solide bodem & dorpels

Ondanks dat de Jensen in prijs de laatste jaren stijgt is er volgens kenners nog steeds het plafond niet in zicht.

Ideaal voor beleggers om nu een Jensen aan te schaffen....maar natuurlijk ook om van te genieten!
