This slimline table has a distinctive geometric leg shape that is instantly recognizable. It was designed in 1963 by Studio BBPR for the Olivetti Synthesis office furniture range, which has become an icon of Italian design and part of the permanent exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.

This version of the 'Arco' desk was originally conceived as a typing desk. It has a dark brown matt leatherette top and black metal legs and height-adjustable hexagonal feet. Great as a compact desk or as a console table.

This designer piece is in good overall condition. The table top has some minimal marks and scuffs. The plastic corners of the tabletop are original and several have some cracks on the underside (see detailed images). The metal legs are in very good condition with minimal marks. The plastic feet show some signs of wear but are fully functional and height-adjustable.
