Deze bronzen hanger is ongetwijfeld afkomstig van de Lobi. We zien 2 kameleons met daar bovenop 2 menselijke figuren. Deze figuren stellen wildernisgeesten voor. Kameleons staan in West-Afrika bekend om hun bovennatuurlijke krachten en hun samenwerking met de wildernisgeesten. Zulke hangers werden voorgeschreven door waarzeggers om bepaalde problemen van hun cliënten op te lossen. Zij bepaalden in detail of hangers, ringen of armbanden nodig waren en welke voorstelling noodzakelijk was.
Deze hanger is prachtig uitgevoerd met duidelijke gebruikssporen, en dateert wellicht uit de eerste helft van de 20e eeuw.
