Il furgone ha immatricolazione come 'autoveicolo per uso speciale' allestimento ambulanza del 1977 intestata ad una associazione di volontariato.

Dopo gli anni di servizio il veicolo è stato dismesso e ceduto all'attuale proprietario che lo ha conservato nella sua collezione di veicoli.

Il veicolo conserva targhe e documenti originali.

La carrozzeria è ben conservata pur con qualche segno del tempo e dell'utilizzo evidenziato in foto. Il sottoscocca è sano e con minima corrosione superficiale.

Gli interni sono sani e conservati nell'allestimento originale mai modificato. Ci sono alcuni segn1 del tempo e dell'utilizzo visibili in foto.

La meccanica è in ordine e pronta all'uso.
