Model SL 500 generacji R129 to jeden z najbardziej dopracowanych roadsterów w historii Mercedesa. Zaprezentowany na przełomie lat 80. i 90., łączył zaawansowaną technologię z elegancką, ponadczasową linią nadwozia i komfortem typowym dla klasy S. Egzemplarze z silnikiem M119 uchodzą dziś za jedne z najbardziej pożądanych — oferują doskonałą równowagę między mocą, niezawodnością i kulturą pracy.

Prezentowany Mercedes-Benz SL 500 z 1994 roku to wyjątkowo zadbany egzemplarz, który przez lata był systematycznie serwisowany i doinwestowany. Samochód zachował pełną sprawność techniczną i oryginalny charakter, będąc jednocześnie gotowym do natychmiastowej jazdy.

Nadwozie i lakier

W zestawie znajduje się również oryginalna rozpórka Wiechers, zamontowana w 2018 roku — zwiększająca sztywność nadwozia i precyzję prowadzenia.

Stan techniczny

Pod maską pracuje legendarna jednostka M119 V8 o pojemności 5,0 litra i mocy 326 KM, połączona z automatyczną skrzynią biegów. Silnik jest w pełni sprawny, suchy i szczelny, wyposażony w nową kopułkę rozdzielacza oraz przewody wysokiego napięcia.
W 2023 roku samochód przeszedł kompleksowy serwis zawieszenia i układu napędowego, w tym wymianę odmy, kabli WN i chłodnicy (po ok. 5 000 km z powodu naturalnego zużycia). Jednostka z elektronicznym wtryskiem paliwa (fabryczna modernizacja od połowy 1993 roku) zapewnia wysoką niezawodność i optymalną charakterystykę pracy.

Deska rozdzielcza, przełączniki i panele są kompletne i czyste. Wszystkie systemy elektryczne funkcjonują bez zarzutu: klimatyzacja chłodzi perfekcyjnie, elektryczne szyby i lusterka działają prawidłowo, a oryginalna zmieniarka Technics na 12 płyt CD, zamontowana przez dealera Mercedesa, działa bezbłędnie.
Samochód wyposażony jest także w Windschott.
