Deze MG B is van bouwjaar 1977, nieuw in Engeland geleverd en in 2014 naar Nederland gekomen. De auto is inmiddels 48 jaar oud. Een heerlijke auto, een van de laatste MGB’s met rubberbumpers, en de beroemde Rostyle velgen, en met heel veel uitstraling. 

Documenten:
Deze MGB heeft dus een Nederlandse registratie, de APK is in 2014 afgelopen, en de auto is in Nederland wegenbelasting vrijgesteld. Tegen meerprijs van EUR 50 kan de auto met officiele EU Export Documenten worden geleverd, zodat een nieuwe (buitenlandse) eigenaar de auto gemakkelijk in zijn / haar land registeren. 

Carrosserie:
Een leuke MGB, rechtsgestuurd, in verregaand originele conditie, gespoten in MG citron yellow, een kleur die redelijk weinig voor komt. Let op, de kleur is lastig exact te fotograferen, veelal komt de auto meer geel over op foto’s dan in het echt. De carrosserie heeft laswerk nodig.
De onderzijde is deels hard, niet perfect met duidelijk laswerk benodigd. De linker dorpel heeft een beetje aandacht nodig, net als de onderzijde van de linkerdeur. De kap is oud maar zeker nog goed te gebruiken. 

Technisch:
De MG is uitgerust met de zeer bekende MG viercilinder motor met 1798 cc, 96 pk, en een handgeschakelde vierversnellingsbak met overdrive. Deze overdrive wordt geschakeld door een schakelaartje op de versnellingspook, die soms een beetje eigen leven leidt, soms werkt hij wel, dan weer niet. Sowieso moet er op technisch vlak naar worden gekeken, de motor start goed, schakelt prima, en remt en stuurt ook goed, aan de onderzijde moeten rubbers van de wielophanging worden vernieuwd. Er worden zeer veel nieuwe delen meegeleverd. 

Vanwege de stilstand is een onderhoudsbeurt aan te raden, dat geldt natuurlijk voor iedere gebruikte auto. Enkele meters geven niet aan, daar moet dus naar gekeken worden, met name de electrische componenten. De beschikbaarheid van gebruikte en nieuwe onderdelen voor MGB modellen is enorm goed, nagenoeg alles is gebruikt of nieuw te koop. Hierin kan de verkoper u adviseren. 

Interieur:
Het interieur is origineel en netjes onderhouden, de bekleding is in zeer nette toestand. Natuurlijk zijn er gebruikssporen maar over het algemeen erg netjes, met een mooi dashboard, en nette deurpanelen. 

Transport:
De auto staat in Hengevelde, Nederland en kan hier vanzelfsprekend worden opgehaald. De auto kan tegen meerprijs van 150 euro (excl BTW) in Nederland worden bezorgd (excl. De Waddeneilanden)

Verkoper kan de auto relatief goedkoop in de hele EU laten bezorgen door een professionele transporteur.
