Arne Johansen – Modernist sterling silver pin brooch – Denmark – circa 1955–1965
An elegant and early modernist design by Danish silversmith Arne Johansen (AJ), known for his sculptural and organic forms within the Danish Mid-Century jewelry tradition. This rarer brooch features a flowing V-shape with soft curves, typical of Johansen's minimalist style from the 1950s and 1960s.
The piece is made of solid Sterling silver, marked with 'AJ' and 'Denmark', the authentic master mark attributed to Johansen. A beautiful example of Danish design that is both subtle and striking, ideal as a collector's item or to wear with a modern, sleek silhouette.
