This Chinese Export Gilt and Black Lacquer Sewing Table is made about 1835-1855.  With shaped oblong top decorated with architectural vignettes and opening to disclose an impressively appointed compartments. interior with partial bone fittings; the frieze decorated ensuite; raised on pierced trestle base with stylized paw feet.
Because of its. age it is not like new but still very decorative and usable 
Open it is 108 cm high closed 70 cm
