​Une œuvre d'une finesse rare, remarquable par la qualité de ses détails et l'authenticité de ses matériaux.
​Incrustations et Matières Nobles : Le visage est paré de marqueterie en matière organique naturelle d'une densité exceptionnelle. À l'examen rapproché, cette matière présente des stries organiques longitudinales et de légères marques naturelles (similaires à des pores ou des taches de rousseur), caractéristiques propres aux matières organiques nobles et anciennes (Origine animale précieuse ?).
​Contrastes Rituel : Ces incrustations sont sublimées par des lignes noires horizontales et verticales, créant un contraste saisissant qui met en valeur la texture unique de la matière. La précision de ce travail témoigne d'un objet destiné à une élite.
​Provenance : Issue d'une succession privée (Grand Est, France). Pièce de famille conservée depuis la fin du XIXe siècle.
​Authenticité : Le revers présente une patine d'usage brute avec son système d'attache d'origine (métal oxydé par le temps), confirmant son caractère vintage et authentique.
​Dimensions : 58 cm / 1,5 kg. Bois dur tropical à patine brune.
​État : Excellente conservation, pièce de vitrine.
