The exterior of the vehicle is in exceptionally good condition. After checking the paint thicknesses, it turns out that it is between 0.1 and 0.3 mm, which is equal to the factory standard. 

Rubbers / edges, etc, were obviously removed or replaced with great care. The original wide set (wheels) has been restored to perfection. There is also a spare wheel with original rim.

The interior is in very good condition.  Hardly any wear can be detected. However, the finishing touches are missing, the steering wheel is very slightly damaged, the radio is not original. Very slight pressure points on the rear bench leather.

The operation and general condition of the electrical installation of the vehicle is in good condition. As far as can be checked, all switches, seat heating, seat adjustment, cruise control, ASC, window adjustment, mirror adjustment, height adjustment, windscreen wipers, horn and climate control work. Not a single part is defective. 

The engine compartment looks good, completely original and with the wiring in good condition. It still has all the original stickers (colour / air conditioning). The engine runs without background noise and without any visible leaks. 

The rear axle was overhauled / restored in great detail, no expense or effort spared to get it in exceptionally good condition. The rear axle has been restored to perfection in new condition. 

The exhaust system and especially the original BMW silencer is neatly painted, new heat shields were fitted and the brake lines, fuel lines and clamps which attach them to the bottom were replaced. 

The front axle is in good condition, no play and technically in order. It is clear the front axle has not had the same attention as the rear axle; it’s an older revision / restoration.

The brakes both front and rear are in mint condition.

The power train is in good condition. The gearbox doesn’t leak and looks very well cared for, the new gearbox crankcase looks neat as well as the engine which doesn’t leak as far as I can tell. 

The car drives very well. The engine runs well and accelerates well without any background noise, the automatic gearbox shifts well without any background noise. Final drive works well without any background noise. Suspension/brakes work well and without any background noise. The automatic gearbox’s gearstick is a bit stiff. Please note, the engine "reverberates" somewhat through the steering wheel. 

Maintenance booklets are available, as well as photos and other documents that substantiate the vehicle’s origin. 

Conclusion: 
The 328i Cabriolet is both optically and technically in the broadest sense of the word in exceptionally good condition.
