We are offering this beautiful Daimler Conquest-Century.

The Daimler Conquest is a car that was manufactured by The Daimler Company Limited in the United Kingdom from 1953 to 1958. Based on the Lanchester Fourteen, the Conquest replaced the Daimler Consort. Sales were affected by rising prices and by the fuel shortage caused by the Suez crisis, and production ended in January 1958, before a replacement model was in production.

The 1954 Conquest Century model had an aluminium cylinder head with larger valves, higher compression, high lift camshafts, and dual SU carburettors. These changes increased its power to 100 hp (75 kW) at 4400 rpm.

The engine runs neatly and the gearbox shifts as it should.
The paint of the car is still in a neat condition for its age, of course the car does have a few spots such as on the front fender near the bonnet.

The maintenance history is unfortunately not present, the car was registered in the Netherlands on 23-07-1980 and has been in the possession of the first owner ever since.
Unfortunately, we cannot look further into the maintenance history.

As far as we can assess, the car is original, it may be the case that it doesn’t have original parts.
