The bottom and sill must be replaced, the engine needs to be rebuilt, and the mechanics are for restoration.
It has had only two owners to date. It comes with its pages book and the original licence plates from its first registration. Its regular registration in PRA ("Public Registrar of Motor") is transferable to the prospective buyer. 
It is 90% complete and only missing its original steering column, the steering wheel, the carburettors, and other minor parts.
No certificate of historicity is available.
